covid-19 coronavirus safety procedures
We have implemented safety measures with the goal of protecting our instructors and students. We continue to closely follow local and federal guidelines for the most current health safety recommendations. Please join us in our collective effort to keep each other safe and healthy by abiding by the following guidelines.
These guidelines are subject to change depending on the requirements of local and federal government.
face coverings
Students and instructors are required to wear a cloth face covering or mask at all times while the instructor is present in the house.
Temperature & health screening
Instructors are provided a touchless thermometer.
They are required to take their own temperature
before leaving to teach a lesson. They are
required to take their student’s temperature upon
arrival as well.
Parents are required to assess their child’s health
prior to their instructor’s arrival.

Instructors and students are required to wash
their hands or use hand sanitizer prior to
beginning a lesson.
social distancing
Students and instructors are required to maintain
6 feet distance whenever possible during the
duration of the lesson. Physical contact between
student and instructor should be avoided.
We ask that during the duration of the lesson, any
family member present in the house who is not
wearing a face covering please keep a respectful
distance from the instructor.
Communication
● Open and honest communication is key to the
ongoing health and safety of our students and
instructors.
● If any student or any of their household members
feel ill or have any temperature or other COVID
symptoms, the parent must communicate it
immediately to us .
● If a student or any of their household members
come into contact with anyone tested positive for
COVID, the parent must communicate it
immediately to us .
● If the student or any of their household members
travel outside of Florida, the parent must
communicate it immediately to us .
● We are requiring the same of our instructors.
● It is much easier to reschedule a lesson than to
risk endangering our instructors, or any of their
other students. Please please please let’s keep
the line of communication between parent,
instructor, and ourselves open!!!

In the event of a student or instructor who has been exposed to or tested positive for COVID, in-home lessons will be paused or switched to online for two weeks.
Should the city mandate a lockdown or shelter-in-place order, all lessons may be paused or
switched to online.
